Walkthrough Episode 1: The Enigma
- Chapter 1 – The Virago: Batman follows Mory, and face Riddler along with Waller and Avesta.
- Chapter 2 – Wayne Manor: Batman Investigates the Mysterious Box and meets Lucius.
- Chapter 3: Wayne Tower Walkthrough: Lucius loses his life in searching for the hint on the Mystery Box.

Choice #1
Choice #1 is thrown at you in chapter two, during your encounter with either Harvey or Cobblepot.
Harvey:
- Throw the coin - You've thrown the coin
- Pocket the coin - You've decided to pocket the coin
Cobblepot:
- Distract Cobblepot - You've distracted Cobblepot, saving Gordon
- Don't distract him - You've decided to leave them be
Both situations end the same, but the following cut-scene will be different.
Choice #2
The second choice is made while talking to Alfred, moments after you've taken care either Harvey or Cobblepot.

The first option will leave Alfred's deliberations without an answer. The second option will let you put all the blame on Alfred. Third option will cheer him up.
Choice #3
The third choice happens during the last meeting with Selina. The choice is yours: you can either call her a simple thief, or tell her that there is more to her than her appearances.

There are no consequences resulting from this choice.
Choice #4
The fourth choice is presented to you during your conversation with Lady Arkham. You can either take your cowl off and show your real face, or keep the secret to yourself and attack her.
- Remove Cowl - Take the cowl off and show your real face
- Attack Vicki - Attack Vicki straight away
Instant attack results in Alfred losing his eye, which is seen in the short cut-scene at the end of the mission. If you want to keep Alfred whole, show your real face.

Choice #5
The last important choice takes place during the final chapter of the game. You can either choose to join the conference as Bruce, or go in as Batman.
- Attend as Batman - Join the conference as Batman
- Attend as Bruce - Join the conference as Bruce
The choice results in a different cut-scene. If you've chosen Batman, the madman will attack Commissioner Gordon. If you went in as Bruce, the madman will attack you.
